1Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate Sofronic, provide account access, support clients, and improve the service. This may include website form submissions, account details, usage events, support messages, billing references, lead records, campaign files, and dashboard activity.
We only ask for information that is reasonably connected to lead curation, qualification, scoring, outreach preparation, campaign analysis, reporting, support, security, or billing.
2Account and contact information
When you contact us or create an account, we may collect your name, work email, company name, phone number, company size, selected plan, goals, and onboarding notes.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage your account, configure your workspace, provide support, and send service-related communications.
3Lead and campaign data uploaded by clients
Clients may upload or submit lead lists, campaign exports, contact records, company information, enrichment context, and outreach history. Sofronic processes this data to provide lead capture, enrichment, scoring, outreach preparation, campaign analysis, and reporting.
Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload, process, contact, or otherwise use their lead and campaign data.
4How we use data
We use data to operate Sofronic, configure lead pipelines, enrich company and contact profiles, verify deliverability signals where available, score fit, rank leads, prepare outreach drafts, analyze campaigns, report performance, prevent abuse, and maintain account security.
We do not sell personal data.
5Service operation and automation
Sofronic is a controlled B2B lead curation and outreach system. It may process approved public business sources, official registries, client-owned data, and configured lead intake paths as part of the service.
Email is the primary cold outreach channel. WhatsApp is only for opted-in or warm leads. LinkedIn may be used as research context and is not an automation backbone.
6AI processing
Sofronic uses AI systems to assist with pre-filtering, enrichment, scoring, outreach drafting, campaign analysis, and internal service operation. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete and should be reviewed before use.
Enterprise Sofron features may process dashboard context to answer client questions and support approved workflows. Execution actions require approval before running.
7Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, and analytics technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure website usage, improve product flows, and protect the service.
You can control many cookie settings through your browser. Some cookies or local storage entries may be required for account access or security.
8Data sharing and subprocessors
We may share data with service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, send email, operate analytics, provide AI processing, manage support, or protect the service.
Subprocessors are only given access needed to perform their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to enforce our terms.
9Data retention
We retain account, lead, campaign, billing, and usage data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support legitimate business records.
Clients may request deletion or export of their account data subject to contractual, legal, security, and operational limits.
10Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect data, including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, monitoring, and operational separation where appropriate.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. Clients should use strong credentials, limit user access, and avoid uploading data they are not authorized to process.
11Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for their lead sources, uploaded data, outreach lists, message approvals, opt-out handling, and compliance with laws that apply to their business and contacts.
Clients should not upload sensitive personal data unless explicitly agreed and necessary for the service.
12User rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We will review requests according to applicable law and our role in processing the data.
For lead data processed on behalf of a client, we may direct the request to that client because they control the underlying outreach and lead relationship.
