These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sofronic. By using the website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you are using Sofronic for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that company.
2Service description
Sofronic helps with lead curation, qualification, scoring, campaign analysis, outreach drafting, and controlled automation for B2B teams.
The service may include lead capture, enrichment, scoring, dashboard access, credit-based processing, email-first outreach workflows, campaign analysis, and Enterprise Sofron features where included in your plan.
3Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, limiting access to authorized users, and ensuring account information is accurate.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
4Client data and lawful use
Clients remain responsible for the data they upload, import, connect, export, or process through Sofronic.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to provide lead data, campaign data, outreach lists, and related business information to Sofronic.
5Prohibited uses
You may not use Sofronic for unlawful activity, deceptive outreach, harassment, spam, sensitive personal data processing without authorization, credential harvesting, platform abuse, security testing without permission, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
You may not attempt to bypass plan gates, credit limits, authentication, approval controls, or operational safeguards.
6Outreach and communication responsibility
Email is the primary cold outreach channel in Sofronic. WhatsApp is only for opted-in or warm leads. LinkedIn is research context only and not an automation backbone.
Clients remain responsible for message approval, sender reputation, opt-out handling, contact permissions, and compliance with the laws that apply to their outreach.
7AI outputs and human review
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific business context. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated scores, reasoning, summaries, drafts, and recommendations before relying on them.
Execution actions require approval before running. Sofronic does not authorize destructive or legally sensitive actions without appropriate client review.
8Credits, plans, and billing
Plans unlock features and credits control usage. Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise plans include different feature access and credit capacities.
Sofron is available only on Enterprise and still consumes credits. Credit usage, top-ups, billing terms, plan changes, renewals, and limits may be described in your dashboard, order form, invoice, or written agreement.
9No guarantee of specific results
Sofronic does not guarantee revenue, meetings, reply rates, lead volume, deliverability, conversion rates, or any specific business outcome.
Results depend on your market, offer, ICP, source quality, compliance posture, sender setup, sales process, and approval decisions.
10Intellectual property
Sofronic owns the platform, software, workflows, models, interface, documentation, and service materials, except for client data and materials you provide.
You retain rights to your client data. You grant Sofronic the rights needed to process that data for the service, support, security, billing, and improvement of operational quality.
11Availability and changes
We aim to operate Sofronic reliably, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, rate limits, security events, or changes to infrastructure.
We may update features, plan details, credit costs, user interfaces, integrations, or these terms as the service evolves.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofronic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages.
Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts paid to Sofronic for the affected service during the three months before the claim, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
13Termination
You may stop using Sofronic at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create security risk, misuse data, or use the service unlawfully.
After termination, access to the dashboard and data may be limited. Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, security, or operational reasons.
